Module 5:
The Ultimate Client Experience II - Phases of Care
Establish a meaningful connection with clients by engaging, educating, and empowering them. Learn to create and share a Report of Findings, communicate Phases of Care, and develop a Treatment Plan.
Module 6:
Knowing Your Numbers
Shift your perspective from being a manual therapist to a business owner. Understand key metrics, client retention, patient-visit-average, overhead costs, and income planning.
Module 7:
Systemize Your Practice
Implement frameworks and checklists to streamline your practice and achieve growth goals. Learn to set goals, conduct team meetings, and create standard operating procedures.
Module 8:
The Art of Selling Osteopathy
Master branding and marketing strategies to build trust and become an authority in your community. Create a one-page website effortlessly, even if you're not tech-savvy.
